We deliver daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Our coverage includes major residential and commercial areas across the Klang Valley, Johor Bahru, and Penang.
How do you ensure the freshness of my groceries?
Our personal shoppers are trained to select only the freshest produce and longest expiry dates. Perishables are transported in temperature-controlled bags to maintain quality from our store to your door.
Can I track my order in real-time?
Yes, once your order is out for delivery, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or the mobile app to monitor your driver's location.
What is your return policy for damaged or incorrect items?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify our customer service within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Please keep the receipt and original packaging.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), as well as popular e-wallets including GrabPay, Boost, and Touch 'n Go eWallet.
